UNIVERSITY STUDENTS. We have a limited number of properties which are let to university students all are for four persons or less. -

INSURANCE - we strongly advise all our tenants (essential some would say), particularly groups of students, to take up an insurance policy, to cover lost keys, accidental damage, theft etc.

The agents admin fee is equal to one week's rent of the property and the charge for a tenancy agreement is £35 per person (including any sureties).

Students from overseas may be required to pay higher damage and default deposits and also all the rent in advance for the term of the agreement unless acceptable UK resident sureties (guarantors) are be provided.

Code of behaviour - We aim to keep high standards for all and so we have to have some basic ground rules that are fair and reasonable. At the risk of being regarded as uncool, boring old fuddy duddies, it should be noted that PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED in any of our properties. We will only let to quiet, well presented, caring and sensible non-smoking students. All of our houses are in quiet residential locations and good neighbourly behaviour is required at all times. You should budget for commercial cleaning at the end of the tenancy and set some money aside each month.
